ActOCR

OCR and structured data extraction for insurance policy and claim documents.

Point ActOCR at a folder, S3 bucket or Snowflake stage of declarations pages, certificates, FNOLs, EOBs, loss runs and repair estimates. It classifies each document, reads it, extracts the fields and schedules, checks them against insurance business rules, and writes typed rows to your warehouse with a confidence score and a page reference on every value.

  • Policy, claim and supporting documentsDeclarations, ACORD forms, FNOLs, EOBs, loss runs, total loss letters and more
  • Cheapest engine firstReads the PDF text layer when it can and escalates page by page to open-source OCR and vision models
  • Business-rule checksVIN and NPI check digits, premium and line-item sums, loss date inside the policy term
  • Runs in SnowflakeSame code on a laptop, in a container or on Cortex. PII is redacted before anything is stored

Sample test files and extracted fields

A sample of what ActOCR reads from synthetic test documents. The fields and document types are tailored to your business and your forms. Every carrier, person and number shown here is fictional.

ActGeo

Geocoding and Census enrichment for U.S. street addresses.

ActGeo geocodes each address once, places it in its Census block group with a local point-in-polygon join against TIGER/Line boundaries, and attaches Census socioeconomic features. Every input address gets exactly one output row, with status columns that explain any failure, so nothing is dropped silently.

  • Geocode onceA persistent cache keyed on the normalized address. Batch geocoder first, then single-line, then TIGER address-range interpolation
  • Local spatial joinThe block group GEOID comes from TIGER/Line polygons, with coordinate systems converted explicitly
  • Auditable ratesDenominators are kept beside each feature, and ACS missing-value codes become NULL instead of 0

LLM routing · live API

ActRouter

Picks the best LLM for each Python function, from its metadata alone.

ActRouter is a serverless model router on AWS Lambda. Describe a function — its name, signature, docstring, task and budgets — and it ranks the models in its catalog by task fit, size tier, cost and latency, then returns the best choice with its reasons and an estimated cost. ActDecor calls it automatically and caches each choice, so every decorated function runs on a model that suits it.

  • Metadata onlyThe API rejects call arguments, return values and any unknown field. Nothing your function processes is ever sent, logged or stored
  • A broad model catalogOpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Mistral, Cohere, Llama, Qwen and more
  • Five routing strategiesHeuristic scoring by default, keyword rules, and smallest, largest and random baselines
  • Serverless on AWSA Python Lambda behind an HTTP API, with no PyTorch, so it starts fast and costs little to run

Describe a function and ask the live ActRouter which model should run it. Only what you type here is sent.
